The taste of the North Coast – Husk Distillers Pure Cane Rum Ti Punch
LIME SUGAR
PURE CANE… so simple.
- 60ml Pure Cane
- 1/2 teaspoon raw sugar
- 1 lime disc
Squeeze and drop lime slice into a short glass over sugar. Pure over Pure Cane Rum and ice is desired. Sir, sip slowly, and enjoy!

Husk Distillers teamed up with Mauricio Gamba, head barman at Paper Daisy, Halcyon House, Cabarita Beach to develop our signiature Cabarita Caipirinha cocktail using Husk Distillers Pure Cane Rum.
Mauricio hails from Brazil where the national cocktail is the Caipirinha. Adding some flair to his North Coast interpretation, Mauricio uses Pure Cane, native honey and grilled sugar cane from the Husk Plantation to create the Cabarita Caipirinha.
- 60ml Pure Cane
- 4 lime wedges
- Teaspoon of Australian honey
- Teaspoon of brown sugar
- Grilled sugar cane (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill halfway with ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds and pour over ice into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with grilled sugar cane stick.
