* to most areas in Australia via our Courier partner only (no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers). If your shipping address is eligible, the free shipping option will be displayed during checkout. If your address is not eligible for free shipping (as determined by our courier service provider and their designated delivery areas and rates), then only paid shipping options will be displayed.
Shipping Costs
Liquor MOJO delivers to almost everywhere in Australia, with the exception of some parts of the Northern Territory. Shipping to New Zealand, Canada and parts of Europe can be provided, however you will need to Contact Us to arrange a obligation free shipping quote.
Shipping on the east coast of Australia for small parcels is typically between $9 – $15 depending on the total weight and the destination address. All shipping options available for your order will be shown to you upon checkout. Please select your preferred shipping option.
Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers is available, however the Australia Post parcel shipping option must be selected. If it isn’t showing up for your shipping address, please Contact Us to arrange (else your order will not be processed). Liquor MOJO does not allow local pickup at this time.
Delivery Times
At Liquor MOJO, our stock holdings vary quite a bit due to the nature of our premium ranges, limited editions, and warehousing locations. Here is a summary of how we manage stock and estimated delivery times:
- Products in stock – Most deliveries via courier occur between 1-5 business days, however for remote locations or Australian Post, please allow up to 10-15 business days to receive your order. Please Contact Us if you require an estimate.
- Products listed as back order are usually available, but may take longer to process due to Liquor MOJO having to retrieve them from our bonded warehousing (‘bonded’ just means the products go through a kind of ‘mini-customs clearance’). Typical lead times for back orders are between 14-21 days, however rare or limited items can take up to 30 days or more to be delivered. Clicking on the Special Order link will send you to the Contact Us page. Please contact us using this form, or at team@liquormojo.com.au, and include the name of the product in the description. Liquor MOJO will respond asap with information on availability and lead time.
- If you are after a particular product but can’t can find the item you are after, please email us at team@liquormojo.com.au or use the Contact Us form and provide the details of the item you are after. If we can source the product for you, will respond asap with information on availability, price and lead time. You can then choose to continue with the purchase (no obligation).
