Liquor MOJO is not so big on rules, but big on premium top shelf spirits and enabling our customers to enjoy them responsibly and to their full potential. Nonetheless, we must advise of our terms & conditions here so that our lawyers are happy (after all, this is why we pay them the big bucks), so here goes…
2. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Liquor MOJO supports the responsible service of alcohol. New South Wales: Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Victoria: WARNING: Victoria Liquor Control Reform Act 1998: It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700). Western Australia: WARNING. Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises. South Australia: Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Section 113. Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18. Queensland: Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. If you do not meet these criteria, you agree to not use this Site and exit immediately. Liquor MOJO reserve the right to request further information such as photo ID and credit card information for validation of age, identity and address for security purposes. Failure to comply with requests for further information may result in cancellation of the order in question.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter information such as your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer Enhanced Verification (SSL-EV) technology to our Payment gateway provider only and are not stored or processed on our servers. This encrypted information is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
4. Product Photographs
Please note that in some circumstances the product photo may not match exactly the product that you receive. There may be subtle differences in the packaging, volume or size. Often we do not want to open an item or break a seal to photograph the actual product, but we will do our best to accurately represent the item. Of course if the item is a high value collectable, you will receive the item exactly as we describe it.

6. Cancellation Policy
Liquor MOJO will endeavour to resolve any issues with regard to refunds & replacements with a 100% money back guarantee*. Freight charges will apply on returned items and will be incurred by the purchaser. It is up to the purchaser to return the items in their original condition before any refund can be processed. If eligible for a refund, Liquor MOJO will refund the advised amount in full upon receipt of the items using the same method of payment as the original purchase. In certain exceptional circumstances, we will reserve the right to not accept returns or offer refunds. This will be at our discretion. Liquor MOJO does not accept cancellations or returns for incorrectly chosen products under any circumstances, so please choose carefully. * A 2% transaction fee may apply for all payments refunded via credit card payments (unfortunately this is passed on from the credit card payment provider).
