TransCaribbean Rum Line Flying King

, , ,

TransCaribbean Rum Line Flying King is a tropically aged, 3 year old rum, blending the high-ester profile of Jamaica with the attractive roundness of the Dominican Republic.

Created with mixology in mind, the TransCaribbean Rum Line combine great versatility and highly expressive aromatic profiles. Originally member of the British Royal Navy’s fleet, the Flying King followed the adventurous life of its Captain, Robert Sample, a pirate who did not hesitate to beach his vessel to escape his capture.

Rich and fruity, this three year old rum catches its aromas from two neighbouring islands: Jamaica & the Dominican Republic. Associating the funkiness of a long fermented high-ester Jamaican rum with the attractive roundness of a spanish-style spirit enables a trans-Caribbean expedition through time and flavours.

Tasting Notes: Ester nose, roasted banana, dried fruit, light licorice and cinnamon.
