Ron Varadero 15 Year Cuban Rum is a very special rum created by Ron Varadero to give real connoisseurs an exceptional experience. Made from a cuban reserve rum which has been aged for 15 years. By the time it is hand bottled, 30 years will have passed since its aguardiente was first distilled.

Aged for 6-8 months in premium French Oak.

Tasting Notes: Oak, savory notes, like olive brine and a lime citrus develops very quickly slight alkali tang and touches of leather. Finish has a sichuan pepper overtone along with a somewhat nutmeg/mace note winding up with a long, lingering end.

This estate on the Demerara River lends its ICBU Marque to this superb small batch rum. Its original continuous four column French Savalle Still continues to be used to produce this special rum. Single Barrel ICBU combines a pronounced, sweet sugar-cane nose with a dry, medium-bodied flavour characteristics unmatched by any other distiller.

Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka is made using the separated milk curds and whey. The curds are used to make cheese, the whey is fermented into a beer using a special yeast that converts the milk sugar into alcohol. This milk beer is then distilled and treated to our secret blending process. The vodka is then triple filtered and finished, before being hand bottled.

El Dorado Single Barrel PM Rum is a single-distillate heritage rum linked to the Port Mourant Estate, one of the oldest in the world. Their original Double Wooden Pot Still, the only one of its kind operating in the world today, continues to be used to produce this small batch heritage rum. The age-old wood of this original still contributes to the heavy-bodied, aromatic character of this rum. An aroma of sweet baked apples mixed with cinnamon, flamb banana and coconut. With a taste of white spice with a toffee finish.

Chairmans Reserve Rum was first blended in 1999 and was overseen by the then Chairman, Laurie Barnard who conceived a quality rum which was blended using continuous and pot still rums coming on stream after ageing on average for 5 years. Local demand has been phenomenal and the brand has expanded internationally, where the versatility of the rum makes for great cocktails.

Chairmans Reserve Rum recently won Gold – Best in Class at the International Wine & Spirits Competition and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

El Dorado 5 Year Rum is a remarkably developed and complex medium-aged rum with a delicate taste and is aged for a minimum of 5 years in bourbon oak barrels. Its character comes from the skilful blending of traditional aged rums from the Uitvlugt Savalle Still and the Enmore wooden Coffey Still. It is lively with a dried tropical fruit nose with aromas of caramel, butterscotch and molasses. A vibrant spicy entry leads to an evolving palate of fruit, caramel and toasted coconut, fading to a vanilla-tinted glow.

El Dorado Single Barrel EHP Rum is a rare single-distillate heritage rum linked to the old Enmore Estate, was the marquee used by the distillery attached to this sugar estate. The original Wooden Continuous Coffey Still, used, is the last surviving one operating in the world. Aged in small batches and matured in oak barrels in perfect warehouse conditions of 30-34C. Butterscotch nose blended with roasted coconut and apple. This initial taste of baked peach and coconut leads to a smoky cedar finish.

A blend of specially selected aged rums, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection. Lush tropical fruit and spices dominate the nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. It has a round, mellow, full bodied palate with powerful fruit, tobacco, and orange; leather and toasty oak flavours.

This exquisite vintage rum possesses a silky smoothness which challenges the oldest cognac. The constant ambient warmth and tropical conditions of Demerara dramatically hasten the maturation process – producing a spirit that is the equivalent of one aged for many more years in a cooler climate.

Zafra Master Reserve 21 Year Rum is a premium rum aged 21 years in American oak casks. This Panamanian rum is distilled from molasses and masterfully blended. The casks are then carefully cellared under the watchful eye of Zafra’s Master Ronero, a former Cuban master blender.

In Spanish, Zafra refers to the act of harvesting sugarcane. It is the moment in time when nature rewards men for months of dedication and arduous labor. There is no Rum without Zafra. After the harvest, their skilled Master Distiller transforms the gathered cane into rum. Upon careful maturation in select Bourbon casks, the alchemy is complete. All the individual elements have undergone a special transformation into the aging of this Rum Treasure “ZAFRA”.
